Custom Kenya Package – Dec.13–21, 2026
Land and domestic air price based on double occupancy: $5,675 per person (A minimum of 12 passengers is necessary for the trip to go at this price.)
Single Room Supplement: $700 per person **
** Special NOTE – maximum 3 singles allowed at this single room supplement price.
If there are more, we will request single supplement accordingly for more than 3 single rooms
Insurance

You may wish to consider: AARP Travel Insurance Info | InsureMyTrip.com | Costco Travel which may better suit your personal preferences. Once again, travel insurance is strongly recommended.

Terms and Conditions:
Airfares (if booked by Sita): Based on current fares and subject to change without notice UNTIL TICKETED. Airfares are based on the current lowest fare, and subject to availability of the applicable class of service. it may be necessary to re-quote a fare at the time of booking, depending on availability. At time of final payment, please check for any applicable increase in taxes and fuel surcharges. Airfares are subject to different rules and cancellation fees. Some airfares may be non-refundable once ticketed. Details will be provided on request.
Visas: US Passport holders require visas for eTAs (electronic travel authorization) to enter Kenya. Please ensure that your passport is valid for 6 months from return date. They can deny entry if this is not available. Inoculations: We recommend that you contact Passport Health at 1-888-499 7277 or www.passporthealthusa.com for questions regarding country-specific health counseling. Local travel medicine clinics and Costco are also sources for inoculations. Please note that Yellow Fever Inoculation may be required by certain African countries, please check with your SITA consultant for more information.
POSSIBLE SUPPLEMENT:
The Masai Mara Reserve is considering implementing Per Day Community and Bed Levy Fees for all visitors. These fees have not been finalized but are in the process of being implemented. The potential fees are indicated below.
COST OF MARA COMMUNITY AND BED LEVY FEES (will be invoiced when/IF property confirms this is applicable): $160 per person total (that is $80 per person per night x 2 nights)
Tour Reservations: SITA requires a deposit of $1500 per person to commence reservations. This amount will be adjusted with the balance due 121 days prior to departure. (Aug. 15, 2026)
Tour Payments: SITA accepts tour payments by Agency check and /or by clients Visa, Master & American Express credit cards. Signed statement on SITA form required by each client charging on credit cards. Copy of form will be supplied by SITA. SITA does not accept 3rd party credit cards.
Cancellation policy: Cancellations received 121 days or more prior to arrival, penalty is: $1200 per person. Cancellations 120-61 days penalty is 60% of tour price; Cancelations received 60 days or less, penalty is 100% of the tour price. Your deposit for the tour is your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. Adjusted terms & conditions may be required based on lodges once booking is requested.
Tour documents: Final tour documents including day-by-day itinerary, hotel listing, air tickets & vouchers are sent between 30-15 days prior to departure.
**Insurance: We strongly recommend Travel Insurance. (If booked by Sita):Pre-existing conditions are covered PROVIDED Insurance premium is paid with deposit or within 14 days thereof. Alternatively, premium may be paid with final payment. Insurance cannot be purchased after final payment has been received by SITA. Insurance is non-refundable. A SIGNED ACKNOWLEDGEMENT, PROVIDED BY SITA, IS REQUIRED BY THE PASSENGER WHETHER ACCEPTING OR DECLINING SITA’S INSURANCE.
